HIO3 + H2SO3 gives I2 + H2SO4 +H2O

I goes from +5 to 0, and there are 2 of them - a change of -10.

S goes up from +4 to +6, so there must be a 5 in front of the H2SO3 and H2SO4 (as well as a 2 in front of the HIO3). Now you can finish it.
