Here is what I did and we had 4 children. For each child I got her a sterling silver charm to add to her charm bracelet. The charm was something that reminded her of the baby before birth. One of her cravings if you will.
With Our oldest her craving was Artichokes. So I found someone who made me a sterling Silver Charm in the shape of an Articoke.
With Older daughter(2nd Child) my wife played with dolls all during the pregnancy. It's how we knew it was a girl. So I got her a genuine Barbie Doll Sterling Silver Charm.
With Second Daughter, I got her a Teddy Bear Charm. Our second daughter has a very full collection of Teddy Bears.
With our Second Son (4th Child) she had a craving for fresh fish. So I went fishing alot. I got her a sterling silver fishing poll charn. By the way our youngest loves to fish.

That's really sweet. It depends what she likes. Her favorite flowers would be a good start. Also consider getting her something that you could do as a tradition. You know, for the first child you gave her a beautiful cross necklace and so for the second one you give her the matching earings. It would be really sweet and something you could tell stories to the kids later on. I also like the idea that was given earlier =), hire someone to come in and clear up the house, especially during the end of hte pregnancy. Congrats on the new baby and good luck!!

There are a couple of nice things that you can do, I would bring her flowers or have them delivered after the baby is born. I would also get her something that she really likes to eat once she can eat and the baby has been born because you can't eat when you are in labor. My husband bought me Outback (my favorite!) I think that a great gift to go with that would be a massage, I love getting massages and she will probably need a little stress relief after the baby is born! Good luck!

The baby is a wonderful gift in itself...but a special piece of jewelry will really make it memorable for both of you. Or get her a day at the spa...or a house cleaner to help her out till she gets a routine going with the baby.

You shouldn't have to get her anything just support her more show her how much you love her and how excited you are about the baby. You could also buy her flowers on any random day , don't do it just once do it on different days maybe every week or so, then when you find out the sex of the baby try going alone and buying an outfit for the baby. Alot of men don't participate in shopping. Tell her how stong she is and how beautiful and amazing she looks pregnant. Then when she gives birth you could buy her jewelry with a birthstone or baby's name or something like that.

Try to be extra caring around her, and help out when ever you can with the new baby. Make dinner once in a while, if you can cook. And after the delivery, put some balloons by her, and say some nice things so she knows your there for her. Hope that helped.

If your wife likes jewelry, I think that an "expandable" ring setting, necklace or bracelet would be nice. You could have a stone of the birth month of the child and then add to it if you have other children.
My grandfather also always brought my grandmother a huge bouquet of flowers with a thank you letter after the births of each of her six children.

My husband gave me an enamel baby shoe charm for each of our daughters. You can have the baby's first name and birth date engraved on the bottom. They are a beautiful keepsake and something that the child can have as a family heirloom when he/she gets older. Some of them are fairly pricey ($375), but if you search the web, you might be able to find some less expensive alternatives. Mine came from www.romante.com and I get compliments on them everytime I wear them.

A maid to help clean the house while you are off at work. And a personal chef to cook her nutrititous, tasty, low-cal meals to help her take the baby weight off. Oh, and a visit from her mom to take care of the baby so she can get some sleep.

If its for after the baby is born, something for herself! She will be inudated with presents for the baby! When your heavily pregnant, you feel like a beached whale, so maybe a facial treatment!! Dont even suggest reflexology, bec that can actually bring on labour!! Well done to the two of you!
