You will need to read the union rules on substitute teacher compensation. Contact your union representative and see what is in there.

If you don't have a union, contact your human resources representative to get a copy of the pension plan rules.

On a time-worked basis it seems to make sense that you would receive the same entitlement as a standard teacher, but that is not necessarily the way that they contracts are written (law and common sense do not always agree).
