you cant unless you put the sperm under a microscope and find the different genes within the sperm.

I think I once heard that the Y sperm, (the male determiner) was heavier. So if you put sperm in a centrifuge, and then chose the heavier sperm at the bottom of the test tube for artificial insemination, there's a better chance of the zygote being made with a Y .
maybe I got my x and y mixed, but the heavier one creates a male offspring.

I comprehend what you assert; each and each sperm has 23 chromosomes, so why not take 2 contraptions of sperm, integrate them jointly to get 40 six chromosomes and create a sparkling human? not a foul concept, yet there is extra to it than chromosomes. See, whilst an embryo is first forming, it demands distinctive power (regardless of each and every thing, that is dealing with a lot of very speedy cellular divisions), and hence desires distinctive nutrients. The sperm are in basic terms tiny shuttles merely sufficiently huge to hold DNA to the egg. The egg is super, and includes all the nutrients necessary for an embryo to stay to tell the tale.

Dude! is correct. Sperm carrying the X chromosome are just a wee bit heavier, because they have just a smidgen more of genetic material to tote around. That's why they swim slower.

You would have to do a chromosome analysis
X and Y are chromosomes
This is done by marking the chromosomes with chemical/ biological flags(probes) to determine what genes a chromosomes has
X and Y chromosomes have some genes which are different.
