I have phpbb forum and everything is ok accept security.I think about replace phpbb and make another forum smf or phpbb3.My question is what is best solution for me about security(smf,phpbb3 or something else).My forum is www.forum-sa.co.nr.Sorry about my english

Well all php based forums are subject to security issues. Its just the nature of the beast so to speak. People with nothing to do but try and hack your site for no good purpose keep on finding new ways. PHPBB and most others have had weak coding and have not always kept up, particularly with "added" functions etc.
One that seems (just seems you understand) to be a little tighter is vBulletin. Those that use it love it those that haven't may find it a pain. (It has been hacked also) but it appears to show up less than others on security lists.
Running the latest security patches seems to be a daily issue.
