If i run a script to send more than 200 emails at a time any emails that are going to hotmail accounts get delivered to junk. I then have to wait about an hour before I can run the script again (sending to differnet emails) or the hotmail emails will go to junk. If i try and send more than 500 emails at a time hotmail email addresses stop being delivered altogether.
A site like myspace and facebook that must send millions of emails a day to hotmail accounts always get delivered to inbox... how do they do it? have hotmail simply whitelisted them? Is there a way to send bulk email without hotmail preventing it from being delivered...thanks to any reponders.

It depends on who is running the server. And yes, Hotmail guys can whitelist any address they want. So if myspace email and facebook are being sent to the inboxes directly, its due to whatever filtering system is set up on the servers of hotmail.

As for Bulk email, you could be tagged for simply being associated with a server that is known to send junk email (ie you share a mailhost with a known spammer).

Are your Bulk email based on permission based sending (ie does EVERY single person with an email on your list state specifically they want your email? how is your signup process?) You have to have this confirmation in order to prove your bulk email is legit.

Without more information (ie your mail host IP/Sever ) we can only guess as to what is blocking your email and sending it right to the junk mail folder of those receiving your email

deliver out a message to all the persons emailing you which you extremely choose them to apply your Hotmail address from now on. No incorrect way. Yahoo and Microsoft are in a huge combat and don't cooperate

how do myspace etc? send so many mails.. because you agree to recieve mails from them.. they do not spam people.

if you spam people who you don't know or haven't got their permission to send mail to ... you can get sent to prison for it... there was a case of one of the biggest getting jailed in america recently.

hope they catch more of these annoying ***** who make money out of this annoyance.
