Have the ramen for dinner. Save the SpagettiO's for breakfast.

I recommend some sort of veggie with your ramen, preferably stir fried. Add a bit of chicken too, if you want.

Maybe a small side salad.

A roll or garlic bread or breadsticks would be tasty, but that's a lot of carbohydrates when you're already having pasta.

Fruit for dessert. You choice--fresh, frozen, or canned.

Salad and fruit are both tasty, filling, and cheap. I'm guessing cheap is important, since you're eating ramen. I'm not knocking you or ramen noodles when I say that. Ramen's helped me through some rough times.

My G-D in heaven, do you even could ask one among those question?!?! nicely, sure of course you do. pass the Cambell's completely. decide for the Ramen. Now, pay interest to this(I have been given this from a guy in Oregon whose from Japan AND runs his very own noodle save in Eugene.) please. First, boil the water gently, not a roiling boil. upload the seasoning and somewhat(2 or 3 drops on the main) of sesame seed oil. upload a a million/2 tea spoon of teryaki sauce. whilst it is done, upload the noodle's. prepare dinner them till they are delicate adequate to not smash once you pull on them. No 3 minutes here please! you will smash them different sensible! Now, eliminate the noodles from the broth, pass away the broth to boil. upload a a million/2 cup of blended vegetables frozen or sparkling, would not rely the two way. prepare dinner for 3 minutes or till delicate. till now doing all that although, take a boneless rooster breast, decrease into products no larger than an inch and a a million/2. Braise them in a easy vinegar and teryaki sauce blend till top browned. whilst all aspects are executed, upload the vegetables, rooster and ultimate broth. eat and enjoy! For dessert, decide for some Ben & Jerry's Jamacanmecrazy Ice Cream.
