Don't want to sound smug but a sports mantage meaning when theres no speaking, just a cheesy rock song playing and scenes an athelete/atheletes training or succeding.

My favorite is from Rocky IV with Dolph Lungren!! The montage is when they are both training and it has Rocky giving it OG style with running in the Russian snow and lifting up a carriage with his wife and trainers in it. Then it has Dolph getting all high-tech with his training and HUGE flat top!! I love it!!
