Does anyone know of a website that allows you to make videos?

I wanna make a video with pictures from photobucket and music from youtube but I don't know of any websites that will let me do that!! Please help!

all of that is done locally on your computer. YOu need to use something like Windows Movie Maker (available on all PC's from XP up)
