Who's for getting up a petition for better treatment of our war wounded?

Wiold thing: I too am an ex vet and was wounded twice. my care was superb, but that is when we had military hospitals! They don't exist anymore. And our boys are treated like second rate citizens.

How about treating them better all the time? Let them defend themselves in a war enviornment, better pay etc. I'm all for it.

When you volunteer to serve you take the rough with the smooth, thats what its all about.

For years soldiers can just sit around some soft posting in the USA, Germany, Korea, but now and again they have to do what they are paid to do.

Do you really think a petition will do anything??

I'll step up to the plate in a milisecond! I'm so SICK of all of these KIDS being killed, for WHAT? Oil? Bush? Just bring em' ALL home and let the Middle East work their own damn problems out.

I'm a vetran and I resent your idea. Having been wounded myself and even in the early 70's I was treated with the upmost care by fine soldiers dedicated to their jobs.

You won`t get a petition goin on here... it`s full of spiritless puppets that sit at home and do as they`re told.
