kind of to work outside but I'm a single father of 8 but 6 are youngest a12 and i baby sitting 2 more i,ma busy tired and lazy daddy y

I used to be full of energy but now im a lazy cow. Ionly get out of bed when i have to go to work . Im always tired but cant sleep. I think that might be the alcohol abuse, wish it wasnt this way but its a hard circle to break.

A bit of both at the moment! nearly 30 weeks pregnant and have done something to my pelvis. Before this , I was fit as a fiddle adn walked the "race for life" 2 weeks ago in aid of breast cancer! So yeah, I would say this is all temporary! Can't wait to get out and exercise again!
