Do you think he felt you were not giving him enough attention because of the baby or were there other problems? He left when he found out it was a girl? Did he want a boy?

You need to establish paternity and get child support as soon as possible.
That's the best I can tell you, it's a hard road ahead and you have to take all the support you can from family and friends. You already know that husband is no good and you're both better off without him.

You just will.. mothers instinct kicks in. You don't need a man to help you, your a mother now and like you said she is the best thing that has every happened to you. She has her mother and that's all she needs. Have family and friends around to support you, you still need to get time away for yourself but I know you can raise her without him!

hang in there. You love your daughter with all your heart im sure so just focus on that right now. Do you have any support like family, friends, if he doesnt want to be a father he is responsible to support her. Just take it one day at a time right now....
It sounds and looks probably overwhelming right now but hang in there it will get easier

well first of all congrats on the little angle,,,,,if he dint have what it took to be a man and be there for the most precious person then he isn't a real man,,,and you dint need that kind of person to be around you re baby,,,,i have a baby and my husband is great,,,,if he wasn't just that,, i would leave him and get a real father,,,get just that,,,a real father for her,,,,she doesn't need that kind of father,,,,good luck,,,,there are lots of men out there that would love to be a dad to a baby girl,,,you just have to find him

How did your husband "find out that you had a baby". Wasn't he there through the process.

I don't know maybe he found out that you had a boyfriend that wanted to have sex with you and thought maybe it's not his kid?

you will be fine,there is loads off help out there for the single parant,have you any relatives who live near by who can help out,but dont worry you will cope,enjoy your time with your daughter,give her the love and peacful life,your husband is just a jerk better off without him hon,,,,good luck xxx

If, he is the legal father of the child then he has to pay for her welfare and support.
