Both should be
Effects
Effect

"Affect" is the verb form only, and is not used as a noun.
"Effect" is the noun form
(unless you mean "enact" a policy, which is rarely
used because it is confusing.)

When Affect/Effect mean "Influence"
then "Affect" is the verb form and "Effect" is the noun form.

Just a confirmation that the second should be effect.
