Certainly USA
Since WWII till now, they are invading and occupying other countries because their benefits, such as Vietnam, Cambodia, Korea, Panama, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.
US is the first country that produce nuclear weapons and immediately use them against Japan civilians.
USSR and USA were the main reasons of cold-war because their competing about world benefits and security. Now we don't have an empire like USSR, it just Russia. But US doesn't want to withdraw of its illegal benefits and it's against international rules and human-rights.
US has the worse human-rights issue around the world. They have biggest number of American prisoners while they are making jails illegally and torturing prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan and Guantanamo.
US use double standards policy. Depends on their benefits they support some countries and conflict with others. US doesn't care about international rules, Palestine and Israel conflicts is one of them.
Just take a look around the worlds in news and events. Everywhere you can see a lot of evidences of US crimes. Interesting is they are accusing others continuously or using some nonsenses excuses like fight for democracy....!!!!

Every single country on this planet poses a great threat, because egocentrics, megalomaniacs, phsycopaths & narcissistic people reside everywhere, they have no specific place of origin. Where & when they show their true colors is always only a matter of time, and they will always exist so long as we do not care, share, provide, acknowledge, accept, tolerate, compromise, cooperate and respect that everyone & everything has a right to exist. I believe all this is called LOVE, which few truly know the meaning of, & even if they do, we all have are faults.

I agree that America can be a very dangerous country to the world, but there is in fact several dangerous situations.
CHINA/TAIWAN
INDIA/PAKISTAN
IRAN/ISRAEL
China is very dangerous to the world. They are dangerous on all three levels of state hood.
They have a very unstable population ripe with revolt, for reform.
They pose a threat to US Allies and Neighbors.
Their business practices are unfair and costly to the American worker and American Economy.
Their military is very strong.
Militarily, economically and Socially they pose the largest threat to the world (besides America)
1. Nuclear power exporter
2. Defacto Cold War with Taiwan(US)
3. Exports Weapons to everyone we won't.(Iran)
4. Owns a huge chunk of American Debt.(walmart)
5. NO HUMAN RIGHTS!!(state sponsored abortion, execution)
6. They could out breed everyone on the planet if they wanted to.(genetic assimilation)
7. Million man standing Army.(higly trained, well equiped)
8. Patent thieves.(they sell our goods to us)
9. Copyright infringers(DVD,CDs)

Canada. What do they do all the time way up there, anyway? Has anybody asked? Why not? They've been pretty silent for a long time. And their national animal is a beaver! Do you see now? Beaver!
