i'm going to make the assumption that it's going to be a move toward socialized medicine:

subsidizing medicine like that will make the doctors' wages go down. you put a price cap on all the procedures, so there is a lower price for surgery.

with the lower price, there's lower revenue. lower revenue? lower salary.

Not by much... The biggest hit will be to pharmaceutical companies... who bring in trillions of dollars but haven't made any significant advances in the well being of Americans.

Healthcare is rising.
People are killing their own kids.
People are killing their doctors.
People are killing their fellow students in college when they should be recieving medical treatment for mental illness.
Pharmaceutical companies are now infiltrated by the mafia.
Insurance is rising.
More people are getting cancer and STD's.

Fix the broken system... Go Hillary!

No one can predict the future. However, I predict Mrs. Clinton will not be elected President. And we will not have Hillary health care in the future.

The AMA is the second strongest labor union in the US. (second only to the American Bar). They control their income by controlling the number of doctors.

their salaries probably will remain the same, but they have to get rid of that bad practice of overcharging the patients.
