a 400 pound stove fell on tha tip of my thumb and smashed tha acrylic nail which cracked mi real nail and the acrylic one is still hanging there but i cant get it off because if i pull it mi real nail is going to come right with it
what should i do

also i cant really soak it in anything like finger nail polish remover cuz it is bleeding

Emergency trip to the nail salon!!! My best friend had this happen only it wasn't a stove it was some crate thing. She had to wait a day with a hanging bleeding fingernail so she put a bandaid around it to secure it as best as she could and went to the nail salon and they were able tot ake care of it without as much pain as ripping it off would cause.

OMG i know how that feels when i break one trying to grab the door handle of the car. I can't imagine what you are going through...DO NOT USE ACETONE!!! it will burn like a Mug!!! Just use a bandaid on it for a day or so just until it stops throbbing and heals a little then go to the nail salon, they will help you out. Oh yeh, not too sure how old you are to think about this but make sure they wear gloves when they are fixing ya, because you never know :) Hope all goes well!!!

You can buy acrylic nail remover from beauty supply stores. If you don't want to do that you can just soak your nail (for a long time unfortunately) in fingernail polish remover and it will soften so you can pry it off.

Disinfect it put a band aid or other protection around, so you don't get it stuck on anything and wait until it grew out! If you would have your acrylic done on top of the injury it can turn out really bad!!!

get a clear bottle at probably a drug store,corner store,wateva, and it takes off acrylic nails off,takes fake nails off.it doesnt do any pain.all you have to do is soak it in the clear stuff(it is nail polish remover also).i cant remember what it is called thought.hope this helps

Go to the doctor. The nail is going to fall off, but the doctor can make it less painful and tell you how to care for it.

Call the salon, if they can't fit you in out a bandaid on it until you can get there.

Clip it as short as you comfortably can. Keep it clean and maybe wrap a bandage around it to protect it. I've had this happen to me, and it's a nightmare. This is what I did.
