I get upset when my GF wears make up....it's not that often, for fancy events...but to me, she's beautiful naturally and she believes me and doesn't wear it.
I think you need to have more confidence in yourself and believe your BF when he tells you. :)

It's a trap!!!
Okay, if its just you two ... u'r fine ... however, if you belive him and go into public without a little fluff ... well, you'll see him stare at the woman who's spent 2 hours fluffying. You might be able to get away with going out natural 1-2 times ... but eventually, he'll start to resent you for looking like "Ugly Betty" while there are hot chicks everywhere. Did you see that TV show where they took a Playboy Bunny and made her into an Ugly Betty (small things to make ugly) ... and all the men ignored her??? Eeeck.
Beware ... this is a tripple edge sward ... ah, part of his motive is so he can dress like a slob too. He'll dress down just as you look you're best, and then pout. Very sentitive situation.
Yeah, you also have a pt in some men don't want other men to look at you.

Well it depends on how long you guys have been together, because no offense, but the first 4-5 months is based on physical attraction but if after that, then he probably really does love you and would not car if you dont have make up on or hair done... A real man would not even care if half your face got burned, he still loves you for who you are <3

Could be he's just trying to be nice but many times a good looking lady doesn't need and fake stuff just be natural. No fake boobs, hair colors or all currled up, painted up face makeup and so forth. Just proper fitting clothing that's not to revealing, Not to short, Not to Low cut, Have a good attitude and nice smile all the time. And you'll knock a fella's socks off!!!

Methinks your own self-esteem is getting in the way of your b/f's admiration no matter how you look.
As long as you're not looking like a floosy or mannequin from the department store window, get over yourself; and accept your b/f's attentions for what they are, and how lucky you are to have him around.
Oh, and don't worry: Girls will be checking him out to see what a find he made of you too!! Buenos Suerte! <<

He most likely is telling the truth. (You would have an indication if he was lieng, trust me!)
My mother always told me "You are your own worst critic"- and it is true. You know all you flaws because they are your own, but others (especially guys!) don't see that little scar, or split ends, or any of that stuff.
You should learn how to be more comfortable with you. Youre very lucky to have a guy who loves you just the way you are...

Personally, I think that girls are much more attractive without makeup. After all that make up, they look artificial. Kinda like plastic.
