If someone asks you "what are you saying" do you know what they mean? Alos say what city you're from.

if they are a stranger I take that as they are threatening me and I say "what the fck are you comin' at me like that for homie? what's the deal?"

usually try to talk it out without fighting and find out what the problem is. otherwise it can escalate into a fight if they keep being disrespectful.. unless there are 2 or more of them and only 1 of me in which case I back down slowly and leave.

Well, if someone asks me "what are you saying?" then they didn't hear me or they didn't understand me. Now, if they ask "what do you say?" then they are asking me how I am doing.
