dont pluck them at all if you want them to grow out because if you pluck your eye brows to much they will not grow back the same way and some wont even grow back. so you should just let them grow out it shouldnt take that long and after about 2 weeks when they a partally grown in you can color them in untill they are all the way back to normal ohhh and if you but extra virgian olive oil on them like while you are taking a bath and then when you are about to get out wash your face and get it off they will grow back even faster!!! an extra virgin olive oil is also good for you hair too.!!!
hope i helped you

What do you mean by "do" your eyebrows? There are a couple different methods to taking care of them. One is waxing, which can be painful depending upon your skin's sensititivity, not to mention--one slip-up and half of your eyebrow can be gone. I've gotten mine waxed a lot, but lately I've preferred just tweezing. As for knowing how much to tweeze, hold a pencil up the side of your nose, and where the pencil meets your forehead is how long your eyebrows should stretch to. Then hold the pencil from the corner of your eye towards your hairline, and that's the other boundary for your brow. Not to mention, there are templates you can get to make sure you don't over-tweeze, and magazines you can read that feature articles about shaping your eyebrows. But the main problem here is that you would be doing these things against your mother's word. Try talking to her calmly, saying that you won't over-do the tweezing, and not do anything drastic. Hopefully, she'll change her mind and allow you to experiment a bit with shaping.

The more you wax them the thinner they'll get. Go to a book store or a Library and get a make-up book. Find the shape of eyebrow you like and take it to the barber shop or beauty parlor. Have them arch your brows with a razor in the shape you want as they're growing back.continue to do this once a week for about 3 to 4 weeks. Your brows will begin to take on the shape on its own. Then you can go to the Beauty supply store and get a plastic covered safety razor{comes in all colors}made for arching eyebrows. You can keep the shape neat this way. I find that Barbers are very good for your initial shaping, but whoever you choose make sure you continue with that person to obtain maximum results.

Fill in empty spaces or thinner areas that you are trying to grow back with brow powder (it fills in nicely and doesnt look as harsh as pencil.) Or you can use brow pencil and smudge it a little so it looks more natural.
Keep the rest of the eyebrow as neat as possible by tweezing any stray hairs and trimming hairs that begin to grow too long with small scissors.
The most important thing to keep in mind is the shape you want your brow to have once the thinner areas have grown in. You'll be tempted to tweeze stuble, but if you tweeze the hairs that you want to eventually grow in thicker, they'll never grow. So keep the shape you want in mind, and tweeze around that.

I wax my eyebrows every month. and Im am a lot younger than you probably, im still in grade school. I dont tell anyone that I get my eyebrows waxed, that way, if I miss a month, i wont look lazy. Just tell everyone who knows ur eyebrows got waxed that the girl who waxed them died in a freak roller coaster accident. that'll work

All you can do is wait. They may never be thick again. Some women had their's shaved off and they never grew back so they have to actually take eyebrow pencils and DRAW eyebrows. You can also use them to make them look thicker though.

1) Just pluck the strays under your brow line.
2) Brush up your brows w/ a spoolie or a clean, old mascara wand. Trim longer hairs w/ a cuticle scissor. Trim just a tiny bit at a time - avoid creating spikes.

3) Set brows in place/tame them w/ clear mascara.

Do Not Wax - my friends always do this and then come to me to fix. Now you are going to have to tuff it out and let them grow back in and then you can tweeze them.
