If the game was early in the 2007 season, the Eagles would have a chance. If QB Jay Cutler is settled in and comfortable in the Denver offense, it's the Broncos for sure.

I am a diehard Broncos fan, but face it - LB Al Wilson was the middle linebacker of this team, and it could take time to shore up the run defense. Not that the Eagles could take advantage of it.

I'd pick the Broncos to beat the Eagles. Things aren't looking too good for Philadelphia this year, especially if McNabb can't play. Take McNabb away from the Eagles and Denver's got the better offense. Its also a certainty that Denver's defense is better than Philadelphia's. So I'd expect Denver to win 24-10.

I agree that the Broncos are in an much less annoying branch and subsequently could have a greater effective probability of achieving the playoffs. even with the reality that with San Diego being seen with the aid of many activities analysts as a remarkable contender to realize Miami in 2010, that's probably no longer "a walk in the park" branch the two. If all issues have been equivalent on the commencing up of next twelve months (this means that the rosters and training team might stay an identical from 08 to 09 seasons) then Denver might nevertheless have the greater effective probability as they have a youthful QB with a brighter destiny and same stars that would play in Brandon Marshall, Champ Bailey, etc. Cutler is with the aid of lots greater effective than Pennington with regard to arm capability and skill for progression. Chad Pennington performed nicely in 08, yet i'm uncertain that an offense can stay to tell the story in the NFL with 10 backyard passes and a gimmick formation for an prolonged volume of time. something of the league learns too immediately to allow Miami to have persevered success. Ronnie Brown, Ricky Williams, and Patrick Cobbs performed nicely, yet lots of that success grew to become into in the Wild Cat offense this is the gimmick formation to which I previosly referred. and in spite of that pronounced, they only rushed for decrease than 2,000 yards and 15 TD mixed. even with the undeniable fact that, this is the NFL and something can take place. The rosters are not set, the Broncos could have a clean head coach, and the Dolphins do have a clean proprietor. something can take place, and that's what makes the NFL so enjoyable to computer screen. My 2 cents for what this is worth.

I'm a Chiefs fan and relish any time the Broncos lose, but the Broncos win that game. With the current rosters, I'll take the an AFC West (except Oakland) team over an NFC East team any day.

The Eagles. They rock with Mcnabb or not. And Broncos may have a better Defense but the Eagles defense ain't so bad there self. In yahoo fantasy football eagles outrank denvers defense. Eagles have all the tools but Denver has one strength.

I would go with the Broncos.
Doesn't matter if the Eagles have a stronger offense if the Broncos can stop that offense. Also, the Eagles no longer have Stallworth.

i think i'd also take Denver. it would be a good game though. i'd take Denver cause i think there D is a little better then the Eagles O. but Denver really has a problem when it comes to there O. they need a QB.
