He has great velocity, but sometimes he has control problems. Should he polish his game a little more in the minors before making the jump to the "Major Leagues" again?

haha, yeah, he seems to be busy now days wearing bowling shirts and khaki shorts, while canoodling with all sorts of young ladies...while helping his dorky brother alan raise his son jake..no time for baseball i guess

It depends on whether or not there will ever be another "Major League" movie with Charlie Sheen.
As for the control problems, those went away when he donned the specs.
Finally, Vaughn's game needs no polishing. Stick with the Terminator. Forget the Eliminator and Humiliator, as well as any and every other pitch not named Terminator. Experimentation with pitches only leads to pitches like the Masturbator.

Ummm...he wasn't a closer. Watch the movies again, he's a starter. The only reason he closed in the first movie was because they wanted the veteran to start the one game play-off and he was rested and ready to go if they needed him. In the second movie he got shelled as a starter and was moved to the bullpen. He came in as the closer at the end because they had no one else to bring in. Watch the movies and you'll see that I'm right!!!
