Is there a security force which has immunity from Law?Like Dalta Force for example?
In this novel i am reading "Deception Point"By Dan Brown,it reads:
"Presidential Decision Directive 25 (PDD 25) grants Delta Force soldiers .freedom
from all legal accountability,. including exception from the 1876 Posse
Comitatus Act, a statute imposing criminal penalties for anyone using the
military for personal gain, domestic law enforcement, or unsanctioned covert
operations. "

Only the Democrats and republicans and washington are above the law,,,,as a matter of fact many laws are written that specifically exclude congress from following them
