Don't worry he must also be kidding like you. If you want to check if he was really serious tell him to come down to Singapore & arrange the marriage through his Embassy under the Foreign Marriage Act, 1969 the enactment under which Indian Citizen can marry any foreigner outside India. If he is really serious he'll come there & arrange for this marriage, don’t worry you can always tell him no for this marriage anytime but at least you will be satisfied if he was really serious for you or was just kidding you.
