Any hardware or lumber store, since it is the back door obviously you want one that locks, usually for a small fee you can have it set or I should say reset, or rekeyed to use the same key as you use with your front. The knob should only run you about $20, Rekeying about $5

It depends on what kind of knob you are looking for, but a good bet is Ebay. They have a little of everything. Plus they are usually cheaper than Homne Depot or Lowes. If you need a whole door, try criag's list.

What you are looking for is an entry handleset. They are sold in great variety at all home centers for very reasonable prices.
