What kind of question is that? but anyway, it would have to be yes and no. for one reason because opinions differ, and also it would depend on who i am telling to run in the dark. if it was me, only under the most crucial circumstances. someone i hate, i would tell them to go for it! LOL! hope this helps...... for whatever reaason you wanted to know this!

Yes, one would recommend anyone to run in the dark as long as it is under the circumstances that it is guaranteed absolutely that not anything good could be harmed.

Run in the dark if you are paranoid, feel like someone's following you, are playing hide and go seek tag, trying to get home if you're late, about to get hit by a car, see a bee, are getting chased by dogs, or for no reason at all...haha run if you are with a friend, it will make them laugh if you hit a tree or something. lol

Since i left the Army I run for 1 of two reasons
1. I'm being Chased
2. There is a Donut involved

I love doing that!!!!! I would totally recommend it!!!!!! Have you tried it? So what if you hurt yourself-take a chance! It makes you feel free...no one can see you and you're out on your own...
But i probably wouldn't do it in the road. I would do it in the soft grassy yard of a country home...

I am a big fan of running, but if its dark outside I never run on any roadways.
