Considering the illegal invasion of Cambodia, the attempt to throw the election, the lies and possible murdesr of the watergate affair, Nixon still leading.
But Bush seems determined to be the worst, and possibly the last president.

Personally I think George W. Bush has abused the office the most. He has used it for a personal vendetta against Saddam, and used it for personal gain. The artificially inflated oil prices are directly related to the fact that we have an oilman in the White house. He smirks at the population every time he gives a press conference as if to say what are you going to do about it. Can't stand the man, he has turned me completely off of the republican party.

Don't you love people's priorities - thinking Clinton getting a ********, was worse than W starting an un-necessary war.
