Millions. The best bit is: only 10% of the cells in your body are Human. We're 90% bacteria. Creepy or what?

According to a book I read, a pretty reliable number is 4 quadrillion. Thats a HUGE number. Unimaginably big (well, not, but nearly).
Say you had 1000 cells in a test tube. Then, you got 1000 of those test tubes, and put them in a box. Then, you got 1000 of those boxes, and put them in a massive lorry. Then, you got 1000 of those lorries, and put them down a long stretch of road. Then, if you got 4000 of those roads (the metahpore is not working here as well, this is how big the number is!), thats the number of cells in our bodies. Big eh!?
Hope this helps

This is an estimation problem. I would say at least 5.0x10^50, but I'm sure there are more, and the numbers surely fluctuate.
