i just got done with my period and i am still bloded and it is the 4th day after my period how long does bloding take place

i time it all the time.
just drink a lot of water and it will go away sooner.

talk about the dumbing down of america.....do you really think you will be able to get a decent job or take care of yourself with such atrocious spelling?
the word is spelled "bloated", and water retention is caused by too much salt intake, cut back on the salt, drink more water and do some walking, the bloat will pass.
you should really consider taking some remedial spelling and english grammar classes.

its not a set number of days, some people never bloat and some do every time. you cant really determine that you will stop being bloated on a certain day. drinking water usually helps it go down. Chewing celery seeds and drinking chamomile tea can also be beneficial. Other helpful teas include fennel, ginger, and peppermint.
