You might just have the end-of-period brown spotting by then which will be light enough that you'll be fine (it might stain your bathing suit a little).

But there's no way to "stop" a period...if your flow is still heavy by then (which it shouldn't be), just wear a tampon. I prefer Tampax Pearl because it easily "glides" in and feels like nothing is there. But if it's light, a tampon might actually hurt so don't worry about -- the most you will have to worry about is cleaning a light stain out of your bathing suit :)

The only way I know of is taking the regular (usually white) pills from your birth control. But you would have to do it probably by today being that it takes a few days. I did this once for a wedding. If not, a tampon is your only hope. But make sure as soon as you get out of the water you change it. And change it quite frequently. And as for the string, you will have to make sure you put it in between ur lips (not to be sick or anything).

usually last a week like 7 days? well you can't stop it really, its just natural. im sure just using a tampon and changing it every few hours will be fine, if your worried about leaks, get the super kind. you will be fine, trust me.

i ges u cud take those meds that help 2 stop or slo it down but i wudnt cuz id b afraid of side effects cuz they dont sound very testd and safe

nope. you need to get a tampon. and make sure the string wont show when u swim but whateve ryou do... DONT use a pad... <33
