If you are asking for a number that is "relatively prime" to 1,000,000,000...

There are many.
7 is relatively prime to 1,000,000,000.
13 is relatively prime to 1,000,000,000.

Not sure what you want here!
Do you want a number relatively prime to 10^9?
If so, 3 fills the bill nicely.
Do you want a prime dividing 10^9?
The only ones are 2 and 5.
Finally, do you want a prime with 10^9 digits?
None has yet been found, afak!
Please clarify your question!
