Oh my gosh you are crazy underweight!!!
On average a girl should weigh 100 pounds at 5 feet then 5 pound for ever inch after that.
so 100+5(14)= 170. So you are about 25 pounds underweight. You do not need to lose any weight... You need to gain it.

If you're 6'2" then you must be pretty thin already, so I would suggest not losing anymore weight. If you meant to say 5'2", then I would suggest the Sacred Heart Diet. Google it.

i dont think you should lose weight. i am mostly muscle and i am 5'3" and my doctor said that i should be between 140-145. so your about a whole foot taller than me so it would probubly be unhealthy for you to lose weight! but if you are not comfort about your body eat healthy and exercise that will get rid of the weight! the more you exercise the faster you will lose weight! but remember you dont need to so just lose it slow by eating healthy and moderate exercise.

your tall, so you are at a good weight! dont worry about it!
just remeber to exercise, but it sounds like you already are with all of your sports.
