It means that you are logged into MySpace. Sometimes it take a few minutes once you are offline for it to register on the MySpace servers. But it does mean that you are logged into MySpace, not just on the Internet.

It means they were on myspace, but if you know they are not online, Myspace has a log out LAG that shows the user still online with myspace, if they x out of the window, instead of goint the long way by logging out.

It means that person is currently logged onto MySpace. Sometimes, even though you log off, it still says you are logged on because MySpace is notoriously slow and has not updated your status as logged off yet.

There is a way to select it so people can't see you are online. Go to the Account settings and uncheck where it says something like "Show You are Online" (don't have the exact words right in front of me) and with this option deselected, you can freely go on your myspace without anyone knowing.

Means you're on Myspace. The Myspace system didn't refresh yet so it looked like you were still on. Once it refreshed (checked to see who was on) I'm sure it showed that you were no longer on.
