But you could always try using a file recovery program or just do a search on your computer.

You can go to
-start
--search
---then type in what it is and just let your computer find it for you (you will have to tell the computer where to look) once you find it, remember where it is, or move it to somewhere more convienent

start > all programs > probably the last program on your list.
