The square root of 91 is 9.5393920141694564915262158602323 and keeps on going. This is an example of an irrational number because it does not repeat and is non terminating.
Some advice for when you don't have a calculator :
You know that the square root of 91 is between the consecutive integers 9 and 10. (9x9=81 and 10x10=100; 91 is between 81 and 100) You also know that 91 is about half of 81-100, so you can infer it is around 9.5, and it is, since 91.53 rounds to 91.5. Anyway, hope you have fun!! (lol)

this is too easy, of course u plug-in 91 into your calc. and then push the square root button, the answer is around 9.54

ti-30xa says 9.539392014
