work out and listen to music - doing 200 situps while listening to ur favorite songs gives ur mind time to go down whatever path it wants to, and it makes u feel really good. also, taking a relaxing jog does the same, but it requires more work, lol. i'm relaxing right now - going on the computer is one of the most relaxing activities ever!

lots of things can be done to relax
just sitting in my quite spot in the garden
a nice bath
read a good book if i could tear myself away from you & all haha
going for a walk soon is good but looking out the window now looks so cold & windy
this site is so relaxing

Listen to some music, play with my cat, read and watch tv. Sometimes it relaxes me just to sit with my friends doing nothing in particular- it's like all is right with the world.

Well my life is fairly mad so when i'm out for a walk with my dog or with my horse that has to be the most relaxing thing for me.

There are a lot of stuff you can do. Listen to music, play video games, and go out with friends, but if you are your school bully and a very violent person, then the best thing for you is to beat up and bully people, than watch them for a while, and leave.
