They are not happy with themselves.. they put others down to try and make themselves feel better about their features.. life etc

I know what you mean, some people ask sincere things and get nothing but flack for it, ever hear the old say if you don't have anything nice to say..., I wish these people would just go away, I promise you, if I ever answer any of your questions I will never be like that ok. I'll only do it to those who deserve it.

We live in a sadistic world is why! lol! here are three signs of a serial killer: * Fire starting, or arson invariably for the thrill of destroying things, for gaining attention, or for making the perpetrator feel more powerful.
* Cruelty to animals (related to "zoosadism"). Many children may be cruel to animals, such as pulling the legs off spiders, but future serial killers often kill larger animals, like dogs and cats, and frequently for their solitary enjoyment rather than to impress peers.
* Bed wetting beyond the age when children normally grow out of such behavior.
just so they don't do these things, ignore it! lol!

Because either they don't feel good about themselves, they don't know that they are putting people down, or the person being put down needs it.

Because they're sad little people whose self-esteem is so low that they have to cut others down to make themselves better. And they start fights with people online because in the real world, they'd get their asses kicked. Pitiful, isn't it?

If you can't beat them, join them. So get you beotch-hat on, and start acting like a beotch, in a really bitchy way. Then people will realize, "Hey, don't mess with her. She's a beotch." And people won't pick on you and hurt your feelings anymore.
At least, that's my boss's strategy.

I am around people like that every day and it is all insecurity and jealousy.Don't let it bother you,they are the ones that aren't happy with themselves.

Because they have low self esteem and a low opinion of themselves and it makes them feel better if someone else feels bad too.

They are insecure about themselves and generally have low self confidence although it does't appear in their outward behavior. It makes them feel more powerful and in control.....Just my 2 cents

I don't appreciate it at all but they do it because their ego sucks and they want you to feel as badly as they feel about themselves.
