The Poisoned Needle: Suppressed Facts about Vaccination is the title of a book by Eleanora McBean. It was first published in 1956 by Health Research (in Mokelumne Hills, California). A new edition was published in 1974.

Here's a brief description of the book:

"More graphic descriptions of children dying -- frequently after terrible suffering -- from the effects of vaccination can be found in Eleanora McBean's book The Poisoned Needle. Many of the cases have accompanying photographs of the children showing gaping wounds, festering sores, sightless eyes, and withered limbs as the result of vaccination."

If you don't understand the topic, I strongly suggest that you ask your teacher.

This is about vaccinations. Google did a pretty good job of finding a bunch of links for me.
