I told her if you want to move on with your life fine but you should leave the kids at home she said to me " I talked to attorneny and there is no way you can have kids" She is not into drugs.
But I found out that she drained my bank accounts in last 3 months, she forged my name to get money form our bank she will write a check in my name forge my name and withdraw cash.
I have her parents who are willing to testify for me that kids will be better off with me.
I went a saw attorney to get custod of my kids but I am not getting a very satisfying answer from them.
Can someone sugest what can I do I want my kids out of that mess.

Look for another attorney. I wouldn't settle for someone who you don't feel isn't going to put in their best effort to help you get what you want. Get copies of all the forged checks she wrote and talk to the States Attorney to see if they will press charges for forgery. Father's do have rights but more often than not it's a much harder battle to gain full custody. You might end up with joint.

You should visit FINANCE-SOLUTION.US I am sure here you can find the best option for you RE Wife Forged Name, Ran Up Debt, Filed Divorce. Bankruptcy Or? My brother is a truck driver. Only home every other weekend. Wife out of the blue wants a divorce. He does a credit report and finds out she forged his name to several credit cards, ran up about 60K in debt, forged and cleaned out his life insurance policy, and also (she was filing seperately) had a 25K IRS tax lean against house. She's didn't file her taxes a year or two. His divorce lawyer doesn't seem too versed in bankruptcy law. Here's the situation: Court ordered her to assume about $47,000 of the $60,000 in credit card debt. When house is sold, they both clear about $50K a piece. IRS gets about 30K of hers. Credit card companies are threatening garnishing his wages. She is "hiding" from them. If he charges her with credit fraud she'll lose her nursing job (can't have a felony as a nurse) and he'd get custody of the kid. He doesn't want to do that but may have no choice. How can he get them off his back since she's signed a court order saying she's responsible? Bankruptcy? Etc

I know how you feel this is the second spring that i am going through the same exact thing that you are.....no one can ever seem to answer the ? and as much as I hate to say it no one will. Its a lot of pain and fustration that goes with it, and you just want that one thing to try....but you wont find it...you are almost forced to deal with it. I know it hurts but trust me I've looked down every path and tried to look under every stone...Im not sure if your religous and im not, but the first time I prayed to have the strength to get through it and for God to touch her in some way to change her mind. And the second time which is now I dont know what to do. I also have 2 kids 1 that is 1....and the other is 3.....i am out of town right now and she moved out last week...going home to nothing....just be strong i wish i could give you the magic spell

Seek wise council, dear man. Sounds as if you would be better off without her, what a piece of work.Fight for the kids, men have rights also....Look for a Female attorney, who will nip her ankles like yippie little dog. She deserves it!

It took you 3 months to figure out that $$$ was slipping out of your account? Men should ALWAYS have a separate untraceable account where their money goes and the wife has no access.

The mother would have to do something really bad to lose custody of kids..Having an affair is not good enough..You are basically screwed..

Once your wife is in jail I think you will have no trouble gaining custody of your children.
