Dell the best computer ever ? to me no, I like Windows Xp more. How about u ?

The best computers ever?? Probably not, but you will get the most bang for your buck with Dell. I strongly prefer Windows XP over any other version currently available.

Wait..you're comparing apples to oranges. Dell is a computer company, they make hardware for computers. Windows XP is an operating system, made by Microsoft. So you're comparing hardware to software.
Dell computer aren't great, but they'll do for normal applications. And Windows XP is probably the second most stable OS out there, after the Apple line of OSes.

you are jacked. dell just makes computers. Windows XP is an operating system. there are a lot of computer companies out there, IBM, Dell, Gateway, HP, Micron, but there aren't a whole lot of operating systems that aren't windows. XP is just a newer version of all the old windows, not a type of computer. my personal favorite for computer companies is MPC or Micron. I haven't used any operating system but windows, but I have heard that unix is real good. get your facts straight.

I'm not sure I'm grasping what you're saying. I have a Dell laptop with Windows XP. I haven't had any problems with it so far, and I've had it for 2 years. I used to use Compaq - drove me insane - always something going wrong.

I suggest all your answerers do some research into operating systems for home work
I would say they have never used anything but MS Windows and thats all they know. They can't give any other opinions.

i prefer custom PCs
that way you get exactly what you want, and it looks the way you want it to
