We are overdue....but don't worry about the clothing...... the real problem is going to be the breakdown of society and civil order.

No we're not. For 18,000 years the world has been warming but this is just a tiny blip in an otherwise cooling trend. Strange as it may seem we've been heading deeper into an oce age for just over 50 million years.
A typical ice age cycle lasts 100 to 150 million years so in theory we could be about to start heading out of the ice age any time now or within the next 20 to 30 million years.
If we did have one I guess I'd stay right here. I've been to some ridiculously cold places such as Antractica and the tops of some very cold mountains and have all the stuff I need to get by including a -60 degree Celsius sleeping bag, down suits and the like.
As for the clothing - standard layering system. Themnal base layer of sythhetic material that hydrophilically wicks moisture (sweat) away from the skin, middle thermal layer nice and thick to trap heat and insulate the body, outer protective shell top keep the elements at bay.

As far south as I could, and I would be less worried about clothing as I would about the bigest fence or wall I could put up around my land and the big dogs I would get along with the lion from the zoo to have around the house.
