Oh honey, I'm sorry. My morning was kinda crappy, but I've regrouped. It's only temporary, and it will get better soon. Talk to someone that makes you laugh, or go get a Slurpee- that worked for me. Pretend you have a voodoo doll of your boss and then decide where you'll put the most pins. Chin up! Now you only have 2 hours and 55 minutes!

This helps me: I remember how good I felt at one particular point in my life after dodging a really bad bullet. When that was happening I thought to myself "When things suck I'm going to remember how releived and good I feel right now and recapture the feeling." Also remembering the worst time when I thought "When things SEEM to suck I'll compare them to this and they will seem pretty minor by comparison". Some call my attitude sappy - I call it survival. Plus, I'll bet you're really cool and at least you have that going for you!
