I have no idea why they would not have souls.
Just because the bible says it, does not make it golden and true.
An animal can feel fear, hate, love, sadness... just like humans. They hurt, they enjoy things, they understand more than some ignorant people give them credit for.
My cats known when I'm ill and not feeling well, they know when I'm depressed, they know when I'm angry.
Now tell me, how could an animal that understands such complexities of things... not have a soul?
By definition, a soul is the spiritual life force or essence, carrying an individual's personality and consciousness of all actions.... if they don't have that, how could they have such emotions and individual feelings and understandings?

for me a soul= the warmth you experience once you experience love. the element that makes you seem up the sky for help. sure, they do a dogs feels love for its proprietor. a animal feels discomfort and warmed. something with out soul could be something with out call something with out face. a tree has a soul perhaps in comparison to ours yet you could experience it in case you sit down and listed to a tree. the wind is particularly like the soul of the tree. dont think of of a soul as a non secular element. think of of it because of the fact the element that wakes up once you were in a motor vehicle twist of fate and you later relize that your alive and existence is crammed with small stuff that no person never considered till now. animals have the main organic soul because of the fact there those that take in observe the smallest issues around us like the stability that its prefer it for the atmosphere to maintain on going.

According to my Catholic teachings, animals have no souls so I believe that they don't have souls. They dont have souls because if they did they would be able to sin and choose right from wrong like humans. :)

I believe that my dog has a soul, but my mother-in-law is devoid of any spirit, soul or mind in her 427 lb frame.
