British accent most definitely. Anything in a British accent sounds important and official. Then, a French, Spanish or Jamaican accent sounds so very sexy that you'll do anything they tell you just so you can keep hearing them talk.

Not accents, but two voices; James Earl Jones and Henry Kissenger. Either one of them could make the most ridiculous things sound like facts.
