..there's a young woman at my church...she has a beautiful voice but she is huge, uncomfortably huge...when I see her I always want to help her lose weight..but I am sure she is already aware that she needs to...I don't think she's ever had a date...she's mid 20s...I just feel bad for her and honestly, I would feel uncomfortable being out w/her...what kind of person am I???

YES. It's the person inside that matters; you talk about others growing up, it's time you did too missy. Think about this: you are about 5 years older than you are now. Suddenly you, for no reason whatsoever, start to gain weight rapidly. YOU are the one clinically obese; not due to diet, but something beyond your power. Would YOU want people to ignore you because you're fat? damn

I would be friends with anyone if they are good people. I don't really care what they look like. And the only thing that nauseates me are stupid, intolerant, ignorant people like yourself.

A lot of people are probably gonna yell at you for asking a question like this but truthfully, I don't know if I could. It is very hard for someone to live like that and it is sort of a disease but a lot of people wouldn't really have an answer unless they were faced with knowing someone like that.

Yes, I would. and I don't understand your reason for not wanting to. If they are clinically obese, then I don't think they help what they look like.
