Sometimes it is dificult for me to understand how killing women and children in Baghdad is good for America and our "just a piece of paper."

What is wrong with you??? Don't you know the "surge" is working that is why only 70 died and over 200 were injured instead of the other way around.

You know I try hard to be fair to the asker of questions and really give them help in trying to resolve their problems, but some of these questions leave a lot to be desired.
It is ALWAYS a BAD THING when Woman and Children are killed no Matter what their RELIGION. They are woman and children and NON-Combatants.
War is hell, and it should be, it should be so distasteful that we never want to have another. When we accept the deaths of other human beings we no longer have any moral values that are worth a salt. What could be more precious than life itself. It's not "Bush's War" , it is ours and the reasons are just. What would you rather us do, let terrorist off the hook and have another 911. I will remind you and all the pundits, when the Towers fell, Over 80% of US wanted to extract blood and we wanted someone, anyone to pay for it. Well now it has happened, and we don't like the price. You all should be ashamed of yourself, and take a good look in the mirror. If I am not talking about you then good, because quite frankly some of this garbage makes me want to scream, why did I give 20 years of active duty to you people.

Killing is never good.....however what is the alternative? The terrorist are not going to go away.

It's not, that's why we are there. To stop the Jihadists from killing women and children. Al Queda is good at killing Iraqi women and children and then making you blue staters feel like it is our fault. they lay you like Dr. J palyed basketball. Our soldiers are being killed and wounded because our president wants to be vindicated more than he wants to see the truth. I do feel sorry for the women and children that are dying in this war of choice, but the Iraqi people need to step up to the plate and take control of their country, and we need to bring our troops home
