I've been an Art Bell listener for years and have heard JC several times. Personally, I think that JC is nothing more than an act, a fictional character, voiced by more than one person, because if one listens carefully to JC's voice, it changes every time he's on the show and never sounds the same. While these changes are very slight ones, they are changes nonetheless.
Also, something that I find interesting about JC is how easy his voice is to imitate, because I can imitate JC's voice so well and so easily, that if anybody heard it, they'd think that I was JC, although I am NOT the notorious JC and I also do not mimic other people's voices for a living.

I listen to the show but I'm not sure who you are talking about.Alot of interesting guests come on the show though.I like George better than Art.
