Scientists like edison,tesla,baird and others ahve invented things when they were very young?

how did they developed their experience and how did they invent things when they were young.how did they gather their experiences did they gather it by reading lots of books

Believe it or not, some people are creative geniuses. They create without permission of others.
The biggest difference between them and inventors of today is the changes in our society.
Today business and industry is run by people who have established a "business model". They won't even talk to anyone until that "engineer" has been checked by the person in charge of "Human Resources".
The job of Human Resources has, as their primary responsibility, the duty to keep "nuisance" people out of the hair of the Corporate executives.
If you don't have a degree, you can't get past Human Resources and can't be heard and your inventive genius will go unrealized.
The problem with that is, Truly inventive genius comes for individuals who have never been taught that something CAN'T be done! - (But some are just nuts - see the problem?)
Getting a degree is usually the task of those who only follow what has already been done. They can only hope to expand on what they were taught.
Getting a fair hearing for your project is the tough part.

i know that tesla's mom invented things for around the house, and she helped him. and he just got interested in things like that at a young age and he studied the people before him's work.
