hands down tap water. The standards for tap water are actually higher than those of bottled water, and the plastic deteriorates into the water over a period of time. So you tell me, do you want to drink plastic, and spend loads of money?

I like bottled, generally, but some brands don't taste as good as others, and some actually taste like crap. Have you ever tried the Nestle brand spring water? It's disgusting. Poland Spring, on the other hand, is very good.
I guess the same goes for tap water. The tap water in my town isn't too bad, especially if it's really cold. But in some other nearby towns, the tap water is gross as hell.

Depends on where I am. Here in Florida bottled because the tap water is really warm and tastes like nasty salty yuckiness. In New York I drink tap water because it is cool and fresh and tastes like a mountain spring.

I know there is controversy with what is better for you, tap vs. bottled. I don't care....,y favorite bottled water is Aquafina. Although if I am going "big" then the water dispenser outside the grocery store is OK too.
