Guantanamo Bay is a Prison not a concentration camp first off. Many Soldiers died to protect our freedoms and place these prisoners in a secure location were they can not harm us.

Second of all Native Americans do not have to live on a reservation they choose to.

Ghettos are what the people make them to be. If they wanted a nice clean neighbor hood, then the people living in them need to make the change. Anyone can change an area physically, but if you do not take steps yourself living there it does no good.

Now onto Hitler. He directly had people massacred in his camps, this was wrong and people realized it and decided for change. Yes America had massacred people also, nowhere near what Hitler had done, but like Germany we too have realized what is wrong. We can not change what our ancestors have done but we can move forward.

We can not move forward unless those who are or were persecuted wish to. Look how far the Jewish people have come since WWII and well before then. Why can't other people/races also bounce back as they did. It is all a matter of Choice.

Concentration Camps torture innocent people.

Abu Gharib and Guantanamo Bay torture terrorists.

If you are not torturing those terrorists they will be out in the open torturing innocent Americans. Basically by building these detainment facilities in which we, the American government, torture terrorists, we are actually building anti-Hitler concentration camps.

How is a ghetto a concentration camp?

How is a reservation a concentration camp? Last I checked the Seminoles were extremely happy with their new 1 billion dollar Hard Rock facilities.

Dude, you are ranting. Don't let your anger get the best of you.

i wouldnt know the condition of abhu garib, iraq or gitmo cuba so for all i know your parallel in terms of those places may be acurate.
but to say that the US ghettos and native american reservations are worse than the concentration camps is a great insult to the memories of all those who went through hitlers concentration camps. try to educate yourself before making assumptions about these kind of things.
(im not to minimizing the situations in the US ghettos or thenative american reservations, i just dont see any parallel, and i think they are in a completely different catagory

When will the Americans learn that they are in charge of the government? And not just with the vote...although a frightening percentage don't even participate there, saying that there is no point. The government works for the people, but that concept seems to be lost now. People just shake their heads and shrug their shoulders and complain to eachother....but do NOTHING. If your government and your country is not living up to the laws as established in the constitution, it is YOUR duty to do something about it.

Questions like yours are good ones, but they are hypothetical until someone stands up and says NO MORE!!!!

A 'ghetto' is not designated by the government. It is not lined out as a 'ghetto'. It becomes one. And 'more worser'? You need to do a lot more research on this topic before you actually pose any questions on it. You don't have enough information to get anything from these answers.

We have no concentration camps, but I think we should build some and start putting the illegals in them, as well as the members of Congress and the media that basically support the terrorists and are working toward our failure in Iraq.

rather dosn`t rely what share circumstances - and no rely in case you call them reservations, concentration camps, internment camps, there are components of all international places histories that they could rightly not be pleased with and with a bit of luck never repeat. Ray never fails does he? The "path of Tears" occurred exceedingly much 30 YEARS after the conflict of 1812 and long after the British had left - it is in basic terms a US, to place it bluntly, atrocity. As became the therapy of ALL close by individuals by utilizing the U. S. from that element on. Amherst wrote a letter (nonetheless in existence) suggesting that smallpox contaminated blankets could get carry of to close by individuals for the duration of Pontiacs revolt. in spite of the shown fact that examine this US end: The Amherst letters recommend that Colonel Bouquet extremely considered the opportunity of infecting Indians with smallpox. In criminal words, this shows ``motive''. yet persevering with the analogy to a criminal case, lots extra is important to teach that a historic adventure occurred than motive. Even to indict somebody for conspiracy, wherein an extremely crime prefer not be dedicated, a prosecutor nonetheless has to teach that some action occurred in furtherance of the conspiracy. that is not too lots to ask that historians, whose objective is (or could be) to be certain no rely if an adventure occurred, be held to the same customary. If the only information we had for international conflict II became a letter by utilizing some guy in Austria asserting how intense high quality it could be to start a conflict and kill off all the Jews, few could have faith that WWII had extremely occurred. yet inspite of out information, many are keen to have faith this act of organic and organic war occurred. As or the Opium Wars, we could not pass pointing palms Ray, all of us be attentive to who the biggest drug sellers interior the international are, don`t we?
