If you only make 200, $80 bucks does not cover many diapers, clothes and food

A: I hope you don't think that giving someone 40% of your salary makes you a good father. You have to be there for your child IN PERSON.
B: There ARE no arguments to make. Why would you even argue about feeding your OWN child? What is the problem? You were man enough to knock up this chick, so handle your business like a man.
C: If you don't trust her with your money, buy a certain amount of groceries each month for your child. If she needs money for your child(doctor, emergency, etc.), then write her a check or give her a money order.

If you pay her that much of your salary - week after week, regularly - It sounds like you are doing as much as could be expected of you, but then the amount to be paid should be decided by a judge. Maybe 40% of your salary is not enough to represent 50% or so of the cost of the child. You sure as ____ don't have to marry her, but should get some kind of legal reading on just how much you are expected to pay.

Is there a court order for child support? 40% sounds like enough for 1 child for a month. I wouldn't worry about it as long as your child is getting taken care of. And if you don't think the he/she is then you should take her to court.
